No. Most products are simple PDF files. You can open them with any PDF viewer — the one already on your computer is almost certainly fine.

Each product page includes a buy button that takes you directly to the listing on Etsy. That's where purchases are processed and files are delivered.
Most products include A4 and US Letter PDFs so you can print wherever you are. Wall art includes common print sizes too.
